Sujittra Pahukan
Sujittra is a female artist from Nakhon Si Thammarat province. She graduated with a bachelor and master’s degree in visual art (Thai art) from the Faculty of Painting Sculpture and Graphic Arts, Silpakorn University. Her lacquer works are the combination of various traditional techniques such as the use of gold leaves, Lai Khammalor, Gilded Black Lacquer, and lacquer work. Nevertheless, the artist also employs the mother of pearl and other materials from the sea to highlight such local objects found in the real life of these fishermen.
