About

Since founded in 2006, ARDEL Gallery of Modern Art has constantly hosted art exhibitions and art-related activities based on the intention of Prof. Thavorn Ko-udomvit to introduce and connect art to wider community, not only limited to the art students, by focusing on diversity of ideas and different presentation styles of value of art from both well-known and new emerging artists. Aside from art exhibitions, ARDEL has organized several beneficial activities that both aim to educate the participants and exchange knowledge and experience with other galleries, among artists, academicians, students, and people in general who are interested in art. The intention to providing art learning space filled with diverse varieties is carried on through activities such as fostering kids to be imaginative by emphasizing teaching methods to fully expose their potentials, hosting graphic arts workshop meetings for people in general, hosting academic seminars titled maintaining the art and other interesting art-related issues, annually giving scholarships to art students, or even giving the chance to new generation to gain direct experience and be exposed with real operation in gallery management.

ARDEL Gallery of Modern Art is thus proven to be the product of the art that has been thrived by the coordination of two key factors; 1) value of the art which is considered to be the main key factor of organization's management and 2) business management as the tool for sustainable organization run by the assistance from human resources as the key element to drive the organization's culture. With systematic management and intimate organizational relationship that is like one big family, the coordination between the curators, the directors, personnel's together with artists and art lovers has been with ease. All in all, this is to achieve the main objective which is to promote and maintain the value and benefits of Thai contemporary art for it to maintain the sustainable improvement.
