Get ready for another exciting solo exhibition by Professor Emeritus Pishnu Supanimit and his 93 artworks in "Once Upon a Time, in the Places I've Been". Inspired by the places he has traveled, the artist portrays the atmosphere beautified by nature, architecture, landmarks, and traditional and cultural stories from different localities in 20 countries across continents, including Europe, Asia and America. The show encompasses a variety of techniques such as mixed techniques of watercolor painting and photography (a total of 73 pieces equal to the artist's age on the opening reception), 10 woodcuts, and 10 silkscreen prints.

Professor Emeritus Pishnu Supanimit is a writer, critic, scholar, artist and art instructor who is loved and respected by many in the contemporary art circle of Thailand. His works of art have always been diverse in terms of creative format and concept for each series. For this latest solo show, he has created watercolor paintings that surprisingly draw the audience not only to their graceful presentation, astounding light, colors and dazzling ambiance but the importance of each place and its remarkable story as well. It will be the first time that a single artist's work will be on display at both ARDEL Gallery of Modern Art (Boromrachachonnani Road) and ARDEL's Third Place Gallery (Sukhumvit 55, Thonglor Soi 10).
