"Hope that, in the not-so-distant future, the majority will be quietly attentive to the warnings found in my work"
"Messages from the Future" serves as a warning from a world that is gradually deteriorating due to factors such as climate change, dust and pollution, and wars and conflicts that lead to waves of migration. These messages urge humanity to recognize the urgency of the situation and unite for change; otherwise, we risk losing the beauty of our world. Teerawat Ngarmchuachit embodies this message through his seemingly simple yet powerful paintings, which convey strong themes that demand attention.

Associate Professor Teerawat Ngarmchuachit was born on August 25, 1964. He is a native of Thonburi. He graduated with a bachelor's and master's degree in printmaking from the Faculty of Painting, Sculpture and Graphic Arts, Silpakorn University. Teerawat's works have won the Contemporary Art Award from Kasikornbank twice. He also had a solo exhibition "Serenity Through Landscapes" at Rose Garden Gallery in 2006 and "Looking through Life & Memories from Art" at the Art and Design Gallery, Faculty of Decorative Arts, Silpakorn University in 2024.
